Summary of Fees

Metropolitan Collection Agency, LLC collects exclusively on a contingency fee basis (no collect-no fee). The following is a summary of our fee structure:

• 33.33% of all monies collected on placed accounts with balance greater than/equal to $50
• 50% of all monies collected on placed accounts with balance less than $50
• 50% of all monies collected on placed accounts where date of last payment/last activity >1 year
• 50% of all monies collected on placed accounts that are second (or more) placements
• The greater of 40% or applicable rate of all monies collected on accounts forwarded to an outside agency
• 50% applicable fee for returned merchandise/equipment offered and accepted as payment of debt/claim
• Consumers can be potentially legally responsible for collection costs incurred in the collection of monies owed on placed accounts

For accounts referred for litigation:

• 50% of all monies collected on placed accounts handled by an outside attorney -
• 25% of all monies collected on placed accounts payable to Metropolitan Collection Agency, LLC, and
• 25% of all monies collected on placed accounts payable to outside attorney
• Accounts forwarded for litigation typically require upfront payment of initial court costs, generally $525
• All court costs are rebated back to client before any earned commissions are calculated
• Defendants can be potentially legally responsible court/attorney costs incurred in the collection of monies owed on placed accounts
