Summary of Fees

Metropolitan Collection Agency collects exclusively on a contingency fee basis (no collect-no fee). There are no wordy contracts to sign or annual retainers. Our fee is one third (33.33% per cent) on accounts with beginning balances of $50.01 and greater and fifty (50.00% per cent) on accounts with beginning balances of $1.00 to $50.00.

If a claim is referred to our Attorney for collection and they collect in monies, our commission is reduced to twenty five (25% per cent) and our Attorney will retain twenty five (25% per cent) as their commission. Court filing fees are rebated back to you FIRST before any commissions are earned by us or the attorney.
